Sur F.T.V., l’équivalent de France 2 à Sarajevo. Le plateau de télévision de la loterie nationale. Les animateurs sont prêts, ils attendent le direct. Le décor en lumière noire s’anime. Les boules de loterie tournent dans le vide. Du vent, des fumigènes et des claquements halogènes. La station et ses habitants attendent leur transmission. Le faisceau des poursuites cherche des trajectoires. Les présentateurs sans voix, sans sourire sont hors programme. Ils flottent dans un temps qui n’a plus de grille.

You are watching F.T.V., a national T.V. channel in Sarajevo. The national lottery TV set. The hosts are ready and awaiting to be on air.
The black light setting is set going. The lottery balls roll and roll aimlessly. Wind, smoke and snapping halogen sounds. The station and its inhabitants are waiting for their broadcasting. The chasing beam light is looking for trajectories to follow. Speechless and without a smile, the hosts are out of the program. Floating within a time that no longer has a frame.
